Requirements
To create and develop a luxury brand, marketing materials, website, property admin, content and document management system for an estate agency dealing with only high value properties for sale throughout Wales.
Visibility for on-line searches was paramount to effectively provide an on-line property window in a niche market.
Design
The design and planning involved pre-start market and keyword research and development of marketing strategy.

The process involved the development of brand, colour palette and concepts which were further developed into final chosen pieces.
Bespoke administration, property management and content management systems were also developed in-house and hosted on a dedicated server with Microsoft SQL database for data storage.

A 12 months maintenance and promotion package was choosen which includes analysis and pro-active design or development updates are carried out monthly to fine tune and raise on-line visibility, as well as any other work that may be required.
XML site map creation and submission to Google, Yahoo and MSN to raise the visibility of every page and is backed up with on-going submissions to various other high profile sites.
