An independent estate and lettings agency who deal exclusively with properties within Bow Quarter one of London's largest communal gardens, within a very secure environment. This unique East London development spreads across seven separate buildings, many of them historically part of the famous Bryant and May match factory.

Simply Bow Quarter

To design and develop the brand, website and marketing materials for a modern estate agency in The Bow Quarter a Grade II listed site that offers modern urban living within an historic setting.

Search engine optimisation was paramount to provide an on-line property window in a competitive East London Property Market.

Design

The design and planning involved pre-start market and keyword research.

Research:
  • Keywords and phrases most likely to be used as search queries by customers.

Develop

The process involved the designing of brand, colour palette and website concepts which were developed into final chosen pieces.

All the elements were then integrated across all identity materials, vehicle livery/decals, for sale boards with researched keywords forming the basis for the web sites architecture and link strategy.

Development:

A 12 months mainteneance and promotion package was choosen to includes further keyword analysis and pro-active updates to fine tune and raise on-line visibility.

XML site map creation and submission to Google, Yahoo and MSN to raise the visibility of every page and is backed up with on-going submissions to various other high profile sites.
